Last ride on the Exhibition lift - due to be upgraded for 2010/11
Here are the last pics from Arapahoe Basin for 2009/10 – the last day of skiing was Sunday 6 June, after an eight month season. The resort began winter 2009/10 on 9 October – its earliest ever opening, albeit with mostly man-made assistance. And there was a good turnout for the last day, under sunny skies and soft corn snow. Today (Monday) work begins on the new lift on Black Mountain, which is expected to be complete in time for … October, maybe?
