Wipe and go ...

You flexible map friend
How about a map that doubles up as a goggle wipe?
The Wipeout is a microfibre lens cloth that is also a full-sized piste map – printed on both sides. As well as freeing your goggles of smears, dirt and water, the Wipeout provides a clear and durable piste map that you can fold up and slip into your pocket without it getting soggy.
The map is printed to a high resolution and quality, and the cloth is a good size to incorporate detail (about 30x40cm) – so easy to scrunch up in your pocket. This neat little gadget is a cool idea that’s eco-friendly too – you won’t need to bin it at the end of the day, and it’s dual-purpose.
At present Wipeout piste maps are available for several of the mega French resorts (such as Chamonix, Avoriaz and Courchevel) plus Verbier in Switzerland. They retail from £7 (plus p&p) and are available from the Wipeout store on Ebay.
