Which exercise is good in the morning ?
Cardio ? Aerobic ? or just simple walk ? :S
Stretching is the best way to prepare yourself. A little running of 2 to 4 minutes is useful too.
I think that before doing that you need to make a specific prepartion at least 1 month before sking.
Yeah right! Stretching really helps when planning to begin an exercise. It’s always good to have at least 3-5 minutes of daily walking, then a once or twice a week of cardio is good.
