I have just found and been with a great tour operator for people who have partners or friends that don`t ski. colletts.co.uk were excellent in their organisation and hospitality. They are based around the Sella Ronda circuit in Italy and offer as part of their package FREE ski, snowshoe and walking guided tours 5 days a week.
If you were like me and have a wife who loves the winter holiday ( and snowshoeing ) but not skiing, then check them out. Everyone is made to feel important and welcome, not just the skiers, and I cannot rate the area high enough for easy cruising and empty slopes - millionaires skiing !
