Gallagher delight in Paralympics

Alpine events
There was more good news from Britain’s Kelly Gallagher at the Paralympic Games this week: a fourth place in the giant slalom.
Gallagher just missed out on a podium place in the visually-impaired giant slalom competition, finishing in fourth position after the two rounds. The Brit put in a tremendous performance to move her into the top five.
The result is team GB’s best of the games so far, following the sixth places achieved in Alpine events at the weekend.
