Ryanair announces first Bulgarian flights

Pamporovo
Ryanair will be operating its first flights to Bulgaria this winter, with the introduction of a route to Plovdiv.
The airline has just announced that a twice-weekly service from London Stansted to Plovdiv will begin in November, with fares starting at £32.99 one way (including taxes, but not other extras).
The flights will run on Tuesdays and Saturdays, so providing the option of a short break to Bulgaria – still a low-cost option for skiers and boarders looking to try Bansko or Pamporovo. And Plovdiv is actually the country’s second largest city after the capital, Sofia (which is handy for other Bulgarian resorts, such as Vitosha and Borovets).
Tickets for the Plovdiv flights are now on sale.
