Try heli-skiing in Ste Foy

Go wild in Ste-Foy
Fancy a go at heli-skiing? You don’t have to go all the way to Canada either…
Ste-Foy in the French Tarentaise region is offering budding heli-skiers a discovery stay at the end of the season.
Discovery Week takes place between 27 March and 3 April and includes lodging in a chalet-apartment, plus two days in the powder. It is really a package week’s holiday in the resort, but the added bonus is a guided off-piste day to test your skills. Assuming you are up to it, this is followed by a fantastic opportunity to sample the resort’s ‘backcountry’ on a heli-skiing day out.
Prices for the Discovery Week start at 400 euros per person, based on four sharing the apartment. If interested, you’ll need to contact the Ste-Foy tourist office.
Ste-Foy-Tarentaise is an off-piste gem for anyone seeking uncrowded slopes in a small French resort. On the same date: 27 March, a stage of the Grand Raid Gore-Tex competition is coming to town. Freeriders of all levels and disciplines will arrive in Ste-Foy to race down the slopes
