Summary
Stuben is a friendly, unspoiled village linked over the Arlberg pass to St Anton. Lech-Zürs are within reach by infrequent buses from the village, or more frequent ones from Rauz – the roadside lift station for St Anton. A slow double chair serves an underused area of local slopes that make a refreshing contrast to the busier St Anton pistes. It’s a great place for intermediates to potter happily or for experts to discover some wonderful off-piste descents.
News – last season
The Mooserwirt après-ski bar is building a hotel – so residents will no longer have to slide down to town in the dark (but it is not due to open till 2011/12).
