Review of Klosters

Klosters (Davos/Klosters area) is excellent for small children, especially on Madrisa in Klosters Dorf.
Accommodation, though, is better in Klosters-Platz, where there are several excellent hotels such as the Silvretta Park Hotel (very kid friendly) and the Vereina (somewhat more posh). Both are 4*.
There is an excellent bus service (included in your ski-pass) between Klosters-Dorf and Platz and a train to Davos, if you should feel inclined to go there (better shopping). This train ride takes about 20 minutes.
Ski-passes for children up to and including 5 years old, are free.
Location wise, Klosters is very easy to find and it’s only 1 hour from Zurich.
