Review of Schladming

I have just returned from a week around Ski Amade. This included Schladming, Zauchensee, Wagrain, Altenmark, Flachau annd several other resorts. Despite continuous snow I skied every day as almost all runs are in the treeline and very little was closed. As WTSS has reported, the area remains very good value. A 6 day lift pass 208 euros, but no discount for the mature skier! Lunch including a large beer was never more than 10 euros. Not gourmet cuisine but filling. Wholesome soups and a large variety of sausages. No challenging skiing but super powder on the piste.
