Ischgl so lucky with Kylie gig
Showbiz spotlight resort Ischgl has announced another top class act to close out the 2008/09 season: Australian pop icon, Kylie Minogue.
The Austrian resort has announced that Kylie will perform at its famous end-of-season concert in May, which regularly attracts over 20,000 visitors to the natural snow bowl at Idalp.
Minogue has a string of popular hits to her name that include her 80’s first “I should be so lucky”, and follows a long tradition of pop stardom to headline the lively snow gig.
Ischgl is famed as much for its long ski season as its lively atmosphere, and is enjoying one of its best winters on record. The concert is scheduled for 2 May, with the last day of skiing being Sunday 3 May.
All you need is a lift pass to attend so, expect a rocking good time on the slopes.
