Crystal changes family ski holidays format

Crystal's new childcare provision will be for kids aged between 3-8 years
Crystal Ski Holidays confirms some new changes to their Whizz Kids Club including its new name: Beanie Bear Club. This new childcare provision will be focused on 3-8 year olds (previously 3-11 year olds) and will be available across all Crystal clubs in France and Italy for the 2018/ 19 winter season.
The Beanie Bear Club will offer fun and engaging activities from Crystal’s experienced childcare team, and will continue to work alongside the ski school programme.
There will be no changes to the Pepi Penguin Nursery which provides full day childcare for children from the age of 6 months to 4 years. (Prices from £359 full-day care).
Joanne Matthews, Crystal Childcare manager said: “We take all the hassle out of ski school logistics in the Beanie Bear Club. We’ll make sure your kids are all kitted up in their ski gear, are dropped off and settled in to their correct ski school group with the right instructor and we’ll also pick them up again and escort your children safely back to the club. So you can be where you need to be — in ski school, relaxing or getting the most out of your time on the mountain.”
Prices from £509 full-day care Beanie Bear Club which includes ski school and equipment. Clubs are available in Alpe d’Huez, La Plagne, Les Deux Alpes (France); Claviere and Passo Tonale (Italy).
Crystal is currently offering families free lift passes and equipment hire in the Austrian resort of Rauris for the 2018/19 season. There are also a limited number of free child places (flights and accommodation) available for those who book early.
Rauris benefits from 32km of uncrowded pistes and runs, which offers all levels of difficulties for both the skiers and boards, and offer many different activities for all the family.
The price for a holiday starts from £1,718 for a family of four including lift passes for all, skis, boots and helmets, flights from Birmingham to Salzburg, transfers, a week’s stay at the three-star Rauris Apartments in Rauris, (please note this price is for departure on 5 January 2019).
