Crystal streamlines chalet service

Crystal Ski Holidays will offer fizz, canapes and other treats in all of its chalets
Crystal Ski Holidays has revamped its chalet operation for the winter of 2019-20, offering one level of service in response to customer feedback.
Until now, Crystal has offered two levels of holiday — Crystal Standard Chalets and Crystal Finest Chalets — over its 30 chalets in Europe (the majority of which are in France). For the coming ski season, Crystal chalets will offer the same service across all its chalets, complying with local employment laws and providing a few extras that have been popular with customers.
While all chalets are star rated, offering a range of comfort levels to suit couples, families and groups of all ages, Crystal will now offer a high-quality level of service across the board, including canapés, fizz, bottled wine and after-dinner chocolates all now included as standard on the menu. The company says price will be unaffected by the changes.
“All chalets holidays will also include seven days of breakfast, six days of afternoon tea and three-course evening meals and for children early meals are provided,” Crystal said in a statement. “All chalets have free Wi-Fi and can cater for those with specific dietary requirements.”
Crystal Ski Holidays offers a week’s catered chalet holiday in Villeneuve at the four-star Chalet Montalembert from £680 per person when booked online (based on two adults sharing) including flights from Manchester to Turin and transfers (price given is for departure on 5th January 2020). Direct flights available from all major UK airports.
