Get winter ready with the latest Warren Miller film

"If you don't ski it now, you'll be one year older when you do"
If you’ve been skiing and want to see more of the mountains — or haven’t been yet and want to get revved up — the 2022 Warren Miller Film Tour has started, bringing fast-action skiing and snowboarding to the big screen across the UK.
Scenes from Alaska, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming and Utah feature in the 72nd annual ski and snowboard film from Warren Miller Entertainment — called Winter Starts Now. It’s a homage to all skiers getting ready for the winter, chasing the snow from coast to coast in the US with skiers including Marcus Caston, Connery Lundin and snowboarder JT Holmes.
The crew head to the highest peak in America, to Prince William Sound in Alaska some of the smaller ‘mom and pop’ ski resorts in North America — made for every skier who feels a thrill just riding the chairlift.
“If we learned anything from last year’s most unusual winter, it’s that skiing and snowboarding and life in the mountains provide a release and a reprieve and a reminder of what matters most,” said Micah Abrams, VP Content for Warren Miller Entertainment. “Every year, we celebrate that moment when you can see your breath and realize that you’re only a few weeks away from your first run of the year. For the 72nd year in a row, we’re pleased to announce, Winter Starts Now!”.
The film opened last night in Inverness, continuing with Kings Cross in London on Sunday (20 February) before passing through the likes of Bristol, Manchester, Penrith, Barnet, Esher, Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham and York, finishing on 1 March.
