Grab a White Week ski holiday bargain

Forget Black Friday, the ski industry which is celebrating White Wednesday, White Friday and even White Week
It’s that time of year again — forget Black Friday, the idea has snowballed within the ski industry which is celebrating White Wednesday, White Friday and even White Week offers.
Ski Famille is offering an additional 20 per cent of its lowest prices today, Wednesday 23 November — with prices as low as £1,087 for a family of four to ski for a week beginning 16 December. There are Christmas and New year offers too — and Ski Famille will be running on-the-spot lift pass giveaways throughout the day, too. Visit skifamille.co.uk
Crystal Ski Holidays is celebrating with a White Weekend, offering £50 off per person on all ski holidays to all European destinations during January 2017. The deal is ONLY available to book between Thursday 24 November 10:00 and Monday 28 November at 23:59. Prices start from £335pp for seven nights in Sauze d’Oulx, Italy, staying half board at the three-star Hotel Martin, including flights from Gatwick to Turin and airport transfers. Visit crystalski.co.uk or call 020 8939 0726
Le Ski is offering Christmas chalets from only £599, an offer that ends midday Monday and Mountain Heaven is sticking to Friday (25 November), though this Friday will be White, not Black. Offers of up to 50 per cent off ski holiday prices will be available for one day only — for repeat customers. If you’re not on the mailing list, you won’t get the email with White Friday details that’s going out at 5pm on Thursday. If you are on the list, get ready to book!
And Skiworld is celebrating with a White Week, promising massive savings of up to £450 off per person on ski chalet holidays in January. Prices start at £399pp. The White Week is a little elongated…it started last Friday, 18 November, and continues until Monday 28 November.
Meanwhile, while The North Face and Columbia are discounting on Friday, at the other end of the spectrum instead of discounting stock, one of our favourite skiwear brands Patagonia will be giving 100% of its global sales in store and online at patagonia.com to support grassroots environmental organisations. In the UK, that means money will go to Surfers Against Sewage, People & Planet, Save the Conwy, London Waterkeeper, BP or Not BP, Wildlife Air Service, Coal Action Network, Reclaim the Power and Cornwall Seal Group.
In addition, Patagonia is running a pop-up thrift shop in London’s Shoreditch at Village Underground on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 November. For two days only (6-9pm Thursday and 9am to 9pm Friday) you’ll be able to buy fully repaired, second-hand Patagonia goods priced between £10 and £80 a pop. Purchases are limited to one item per person - more details here.
