Resort reports, prices and photographs – have you sent them in yet?

Whether you are new to our site and guidebook, or just need a little reminding of the processes, we’d like your input to help us revise the next edition of Where to Ski and Snowboard . All submissions must be with us by the end of April. So, if you are off on a trip for Easter … please do report back.

Resort reports – Your views

Did you have a good or bad experience with a restaurant or ski school? Did you find long queues or crowded pistes? Want to comment on a chapter? Do tell us. The top 100 most useful resort reports, as selected by us during the editing process, will go on to receive a free copy of Where to Ski and Snowboard 2012 – and those 100 readers will also be put into a prize draw to win a week in a 4-star apartment in France next season.

Prices for meals and drinks – What did your beer cost?

For 2012, Where to Ski and Snowboard will be preparing the third edition of our Resort Price Survey – a comprehensive study of costs to eat out in resorts. To do this, we need your prices for meals and drinks from 2011 – preferably from mountain restaurants, but we also accept village prices. Our simple form helps you to file those prices to our database.

Resort photographs – Got a snap or two?

Did you take advantage of those endless sunny days this season to snap lots of pictures? We have regularly made use of reader photographs to illustrate the resort chapters in our book. And many readers see their pix in print with each edition. This year we are taking a step forward and offering a super prize to the best photograph too – a free week in a 4-star apartment in France.

We’d like you to use our photo gallery. It’s not just for the competition, but will help us to select the best pix for the book too. But if you don’t fancy that, you can send them to us by email or CD. All entries must be submitted by the end of April, to qualify. And they must have been taken this season – 2011.
