Inghams previews 2012/13

Tour operator Inghams has launched its Winter 2012/13 Preview brochure, with lots of new deals and properties for next winter – including four smart chalets in St Anton.
As well as early booking discounts on prices per couple (save up to £450 on bookings before end May), free places for children and groups, and two-for-one lift passes on selected holidays, Inghams has added more chalets and chalet hotels – holidays which have proved popular money-savers.
With Austria pronouncing on a successful season in 2011/12, and visitor numbers on the up, Inghams has got four new catered chalets on offer in St Anton – snowy capital of the Arlberg region. Four modern lodges will be available to book for next season; all of them are rated 4-stars for comfort and facilities.
The Mountain Lodge chalets will suit relatively small groups: Chalet Rendl sleeps eight people. Chalets Albona, Gampen and Kappall sleep ten each. They share spa and sauna facilities, with the buildings located fairly close to the main Galzig and Rendl lifts. Prices start at about £789pp in December, rising to £1300pp in February half-term.
As well as Austria, there are new chalets in Val d’Isère, Val Thorens, La Plagne and Les Arcs. Chalet hotel du Montet in Val d’Isère sleeps 24 in a traditional stone building, about 400m walk from the nearest lift.
There is a new resort in the collection next winter too – Winter Park in Colorado.
Another speciality designed for value is the all-inclusive package, where lift passes, rental equipment and tuition are part of the total price. This can be especially attractive to novices or families, wanting to know an overall holiday cost up front. Inghams has deals in Andorra and Austria, starting from £699pp.
