Jet2.com doubles ski flight offering

Jet2.com is offering twice the number of seats for skiers next season
Budget airline Jet2.com has announced a major expansion to its ski flight programme for next season, with new routes from regional airports around the UK.
The airline will next season operate 47 weekly flights to eight ski-friendly destinations: Barcelona (for Andorra), Geneva, Grenoble, Lyon, Salzburg, Turin and Verona plus, for the first time next season, Sofia for Bulgaria.
The expansion means more than 230,000 seats will be available — double the number available last season, with more mid-week flights on key routes Geneva and Grenoble.
Key programme developments include a new route from Edinburgh to Turin plus more flights to Geneva, including new Sunday flights to Salzburg and Verona. From the East Midlands Jet2.com will offer a choice of two new routes to Grenoble and Salzburg plus four weekly flights to Geneva.
From Glasgow the airline will offer three flights per week to Geneva and Grenoble and from Newcastle, a new route to Grenoble. Jet2.com will become the largest ski operator from Leeds Bradford with 10 flights a week, including six weekly flights to Geneva and — new for 20016/17 — Grenoble.
