New winter, new deals

Booking early gives you more time to get excited about the forthcoming winter … only four-five months away. And tour operators are beginning to offer their early discounts, as well as revealing lots of tasty new properties for 2010/11.

France may have dropped in popularity according to industry reports on last season, but it remains tops amongst Brits. With that, there is lots of accommodation of offer from the leading operators.

P&V Holidays is offering up to 20% discount, with plenty of choices of apartment – so you can secure the size you want for your group now.

Ski Collection is also offering deals now – up to £30 off the price if you are a loyal user of their brand, £10-15 off otherswise. New for next winter is that they are including the Flexiplus Eurotunnel crossing – though you can still book lodging-only if you wish.

Erna Low has some exciting new properties to offer next season too: in Flaine, try the new Terraces de Veret (Flaine-Fôret) and Le Rufuge du Golf (chalet style development in the Hameau de Flaine), or in Montgenévre the smart Chalets des Dolines – part of the resort’s revised image to smarten it up. If you book 150 days prior to travel, you can receive up to 20% discount at the moment.
