Peak Retreats joins forces with Club Med

Peak Retreats has teamed up with Club Med to offer all-inclusive ski holidays
French Alps specialist Peak Retreats, best known for its wide selection of self-catering ski accommodation, has teamed up with Club Med to offer all-inclusive ski holidays.
In response to what it says is the rise in popularity of the all-inclusive holiday, Peak Retreats and its sister company Ski Collection have teamed up with Club Med to offer packages that feature hotel accommodation, gourmet food and drink, children’s clubs, Eurotunnel crossings, ski or snowboard lessons, lift passes and entertainment.
Peak Retreats has added to its programme Club Med properties in Peisey-Vallandry, Les Deux Alpes, Valmorel, Serre Chevalier and Chamonix. Additionally, Ski Collection now features Club Med properties in Alpe d’Huez, Tignes Val Claret, Meribel, Arc 2000, Aime La Plagne, Val d’Isere, Val Thorens, Peisey Vallandry, Avoriaz and Les Deux Alpes.
And with the pound currently faring badly against the euro, this is likely to be a popular option among families — particularly because the holidays include feature Eurotunnel crossings rather than flights. There are different children’s clubs and childcare facilities for children aged four to 17 years — depending on the resort.
Club Med reps will also be on hand in resort to ensure everything runs smoothly for guests who want to focus on enjoying their holiday.
“The partnership has been designed to offer clients a new experience, something extra, with the same organisation and small-company values Peak Retreats has always offered,” said a spokesman for Peak Retreats. “The [Club Med] team is made up of knowledgeable staff, many of whom are parents so are best placed to organise family ski holidays, who use their experience and know-how to personalise recommendations, finding clients the best resort for them.”
Club Med offers gourmet buffets are inspired by French cuisine, designed with skiers in mind and locally-sourced where possible. Premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available throughout the day, as are daily light bites, sweet and savoury treats, and canapés (all included in the holiday price).
For skiers who want to use to the ski train, Peak Retreats also offers Eurostar packages for Saturday departures with an overnight stay in Paris, arriving at the resort on Sunday.
