Bristol police find stolen snowboard

The snowboard has distinctive shark graphics
Have you had a snowboard stolen this summer? Police in Bristol are asking snowboarders in the area to check their equipment is safe after recovering a board they believe was stolen.
The snowboard, which is mainly blue with a distinctive shark graphic, was recovered after Avon and Somerset Police conducted a search of a burglary suspect’s home. They now need help to identify the owner of the board, which doesn’t match any description of stolen property on the police system.
“This is a distinctive snowboard and I am convinced someone will recognise it as theirs,” said PC Mark Humphrey from Avon and Somerset.
“It may be the owner has not yet realised it is missing. It would be terrible if someone had booked a snowboarding holiday and only noticed it was missing as they packed for holiday.”
PC Humphrey urged: “If you recognise this snowboard please check to see if yours is safe — and if it isn’t then give us a call.”
If you think this snowboard might be yours, dial 101 and ask to speak to PC Mark Humphrey with Avon and Somerset.
