Throughout June if you refer a friend you can ski for free at The Snow Centre

Get some practice time in on Britain’s largest indoor real ski lesson slope in the UK and introduce a friend to snowsports this month, with The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead.

During the month of June, if you refer a friend to the beginner ski or snowboard lesson for a two-hour session they will ski or snowboard at half price and you can ski for free on the main slope.

The Snow Centre has a 160m real snow slope and a separate, smaller 100m training slope — both of which are 30m wide. Every Thursday and Friday the main slope is split in half with some freestyle features added to one side — including jumps, rails and kickers. The entire main slope turns into a freestyle park from 6.30pm every Friday.

Your friend (and you!) won’t need to take any equipment — hire of skis, boots, poles and helmets is included in the price of each session. Ski jackets and pants can be hired from The Snow Centre for £7pp, and gloves and ski socks are available to buy.

Adult beginner lessons start from £23.50 midweek daytime for a two-hour group lesson. Highest price is at weekends at £32 for a two-hour group lesson.
