Snowmaking machines to be used to fight Covid-19

Snowmaking machines have been adapted to disinfect gondola cabins
One of the big Italian snowmaking machine manufacturers, Demaclenko, has developed a fully automatic machine which blows disinfectant into gondola cabins when the doors are open and no passengers are inside.
The gondola can work as normal and doesn’t have to stop for the disinfectant to be applied and no extra staff are required to help with the disinfecting.

Fine stainless steel nozzles achieve even spreading of the disinfectant throughout the cabin and seats and guarantee complete disinfection of all surfaces. The disinfection can be applied at both valley and summit stations (though I don’t see how it can work at a mid-station where some people may get off, others get on and some stay put).
