Stay in Breck’s new lodging

Breckenridge’s first RockResort development is due to open in June, and with a special winter deal for next season.

One Ski Hill Place is the latest property development to be built in the resort, and will feature six buildings of one- to four-bedroom luxury condos. The residences are built at the base of Peak 8, so are convenient for the slopes and the BreckConnect gondola.

To celebrate its opening, early-bird bookings for the 2010/11 winter season will receive discounts of up to 44%. The deal applies to bookings made before July 2010 for stays between November and April. There are restrictions on peak dates, but prices will start from $81 per person per night.

On site will be two indoors pools, a hot tub and outdoor area, spa centre, bowling alley, theatre and games rooms. The new Living Room restaurant and T-Bar après-ski bar should meet most needs when not heading into town.
