Ski Amis, specialists in chalet holidays to the French Alps, are offering a whopping 25% discount to visitors to the ski shows this month. Next stop: Birmingham this weekend (28-30 October).

The show special offer applies to their catered chalets on most dates – except peak weeks. But savings of 10% are available on those peak dates. Visitors will find the company in the great hall at the NEC. Their staff are waiting to talk to you! So, if you missed out on London, there’s another chance to claim a very impressive discount.

The Ski Amis collection is focused mainly on high-quality, comfortable chalets in the Trois Vallées and Paradiski (La Plagne and Les Arcs) resorts. Many of them include outdoor hot tubs, as well as wifi internet, boot warmers, log fires and en-suite rooms. And a premium catering service is also available in some properties.

Ski Amis also operates licensed airport transfer services from Geneva and Chambéry (to the Trois Vallées and Tarentaise – where they also have self-catered chalets) and flexible travel options. Prices start at £65 return.

A family chalet in Les Menuires, sleeping up to 12 adults and four children, starts at £429 brochure price in January (sole occupancy chalet price from £5,250) – so if you can pick up a ski show discount, it makes a pretty neat saving. While most chalets are mid-sized, there are smaller options too.
