WTSS makes ‘cool’ list

Where to Ski and Snowboard 2010 has made it into the Independent’s 50 Best Winter Sports Gear list – published on Saturday 31 October.

The Independent has compiled a list of the 50 ‘coolest skiing essentials’ to hit the ski market this winter, and our resort guidebook is up there with the hip new skis, boards, clothing and gadgets.

The book was selected as the essential – and only - companion to planning your snow holidays, fully revised and up to date for the season ahead. We’re among an eclectic list of technical wizardry and innovative designs, from big pants to purple helmets. But while at least eight pairs of skis make it into the list, you’ll find only one ski resort guidebook!
