Summary
If we were planning a holiday in Andorra, it would be in Soldeu (or the isolated hotel at Grau Roig, up the road). It is best placed to explore the extensive Grandvalira area, shared with Pas de la Casa and several other resorts. But the village is a difficult place to like, and beginners be warned: you are forced to buy one of Europe’s priciest passes.
