Summary
Canyons is now part of the Park City ski area, the biggest ski area in the USA with 7,300 acres of terrain. But although it is bigger than Vail, its runs are nowhere near as interesting and varied. And we find the purpose-built village at Canyons base too small and dull. If we were having a holiday in the area, we’d stay in Park City to enjoy its Main Street in the evenings and we’d ski Deer Valley and Snowbird-Alta too – maybe some other Utah resorts as well.
