Review of Fernie

This is a very bad year for snow in Fernie. We arrived in Fernie on 2nd March in 2cm of new snow but that is all they have had in about 3 weeks and before that they had heavy rain at high levels. So the snow as of 9th March when we left is very limited and disappearing fast. What is left on the upper mountain has is icy and hard and at lower levels at the base and on tracks to the base is very patchy.
