Review of La Rosière

Spent half term Skiing in La Rosiere. Queues only existed briefly at 9.00am and 10.00am when the ESF ski schools started off. Amazingly at some points of the day there was hardly anyone on the slopes. All the reviews and feedback that I’d checked out proved correct. The resort is charming and skiing fabulous for 2nd 3rd timers. Not really a ski in ski out resort unless you’re prepared to take a slight off piste detour which is not suitable for beginners. Great sunny weather for which the resort is known for and reasonably priced .Only negative point is lack of ski lockers anywhere near the bottom of the slopes especially as resort prides itself in attracting families, which in turn means young children getting their parents to haul their equipment about. First timers with young children are better elsewhere .My kids started in Kranjska Gora on recommendation and reviews and would say it was better there for first timers.

2nd and 3rd timers can not go wrong with La Rosiere, Good all round resort.
