    Summary

St-Martin is a lived-in, unspoiled village with an old church (prettily lit at night), a small square and buildings of wood and stone, a few miles down the valley from Les Menuires. As a quiet, relatively inexpensive, attractive base for exploration of the Trois Vallées, it’s unbeatable. But it is quiet.
